Will I have to run the camera on my own?
No! Depending on event size, we’ll have at least 1 attendant on site to set up, explain, operate, and pack everything up at the end. They’ll make sure your event is safe, fun, and memorable!

What’s included with my reservation?
Your reservation includes use of the LNK360 video booth for your allowed time. It also includes at least 1 attendant to set up, explain, operate, and pack everything up. You’ll also be able to use our basic prop set that includes some masks, signs, boas, and other miscellaneous props to have some fun with.

Will my time be lessened by set up and tear down?
In most cases, no. As long as the venue and event allow us to set up early, your rental time is your time! Our attendants will have the booth set up before your time is set to start and won’t start tearing down until after your time is up. In the unlikely event something happens and the booth is down for a period of time, we’ll add on to your end time, if possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for both the deposit, as well as for final payment. Our online system allows you to make your payment seamlessly when you book your rental.

If you only want to pay the deposit when booking, and pay the remainder of the balance at least 15 days before your event, you can easily pay through our online system, or give us a call to pay via credit card over the phone.

What is required for the LNK360 video booth?
Our booth requires a 12’ wide by 6’ deep space, with a minimum 10’ ceiling height.

The ground should be hard and flat.

There should be a standard power outlet no more than 30’ from the center of the booth.

Any outdoor event should also have some sort of shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind. All outdoor events require the “Canopy Shade” add-on, regardless of forecasted weather.

Reliable high speed internet is preferred in order to upload videos during your event. Without this connection, your event videos may not be uploaded for up to 24 hours.

Will my event videos be visible to the world?
Absolutely not! Your event photos will go to a password protected online photo gallery where you can download them as you please. Feel free to share them with the world on social media!
